Glen,
 1 of the things you have to keep in mind is the
watt rating & watt load are 2 separate animals;

Two ways of calculating your load;
1. put the PC as the ONLY thing running 
   on a DIGITAL power meter for your home or business

2. look up all your parts' active & inactive loads
2b or not. Watts=Volts x Amperage P=IV
