The Agenda Process

The Agenda process will be as follows. Each year we will run a survey to identify the challenges facing the community. The results from the survey will be used as the Cluster Challenges section of the Agenda. We will collect this data from January to July of each year. Once the survey is complete, we will post the challenges and invite the community to comment on these issues.

The Road map will be open for editing all year.

At the end of each year will will snapshot the Agenda and convert the data into a publicly release document.
