Current location of the book's resources/examples

Question

I saw the previous question from two years ago that was asking the same thing.  I've gone to that site (which is the same as in the book), and it is empty.

Is there a process to gain access to the content?  Or is the content posted somewhere else now?

Fixed now points to either a tgz or zip file
