[Beowulf] scheduler recommendations for a HPC cluster

Torque for a simple scheduler. Maui if you want something more complex
but something which can handle resources more effectively, especially
if you're going to have multiple groups accessing the cluster.

>> Any strong / weak recommendations for / against schedulers?
