[Beowulf] Repeated Dell SC1435 crash / hang. How to get the vendor to resolve the issue when 20% of the servers fail in first year?

Plenty of Vendors do. I've seen messages from SiCortex, Cisco, Myrinet,
QLogic, Intel, Penguin Computing, Scalable Informatics...
Dell definitely doesn't. I've suggested it to many of the people I dealt
with for my cluster.
