Another excellent reference on RAW is:
Evaluation of the Raw Microprocessor: An Exposed-Wire-Delay Architecture for ILP and Streams
I think is Google-able. The authors include: Taylor, Lee, Wentzlaff, and others. And it did/does have floating point.
