[Beowulf] Strange hardware? problems

We found that the mprime program (http://www.mersenne.org/freesoft.htm)
is very good to catch memory/northbridge problems that doesn't appear in
memtest86. We used it to discover memory/northbridge incompatibilities
when memtest86 couldn't get any error.
