[Beowulf] PVFS or NFS in a Beowulf cluster?

Hi at all
I intend to setup a beowulf cluster(16+ nodes) for scientific 
applications(fortran compilers) in a University department.What am i supposd 
to use???PVFS or NFS for file system??
