Our firm is trying to learn about the higher-performance end of cluster 
computing in life sciences, and I wonder whether any posters to this list serv 
have experience with the Infiniband technology. Favorable or otherwise. What 
is your view of the future for Infiniband-based IO in bio and chem-
informatics, compared to other solutions that are emerging?
