[Beowulf] Grid Computing Question

I am writing a report on Grid Technologies and I just want to verify my
own information and knowledge.

What is the difference between grid technology such as those used with
globus, etc etc and those grid technologies such as SGE, LSF, United
Devices Grid MP?
