running mpich on multiple nodes

Hi 

i have installed mpich on a diskless network, on the server machine. I  am
unble to execute my programs on 2 nodes. I have enable ssh without password
reiurements but i dont know what is wrong.Please help this is the error messge
I am getting
/usr/local/mpich-1.2.5.2/bin/mpirun -np 2
