rsh

I have managed to install mpich v1.2.5.2 on my cluster of two nodes, but I
just realised that I cannot communicate with other hosts due to some rsh
setting that I need to do. 
I tried running tstmachines and I got 
"Errors while trying to run rsh hostname -n true
Unexpected response from hostname:
---> Permission denied ..."
Please help with the rsh settings that I need to inorder to get the rsh to work.
