Two Linux server specialists combine

Penguin Computing, a server maker specializing in machines running 
Linux, has signed an agreement to acquire Scyld Computing, the company 
founded by a pioneer of "Beowulf" Linux supercomputers, the companies 
plan to announce Tuesday.
