Apple Macintosh X-serve

Hi all,
I am wondering if anyone out there have any experience with clustering 
(or running scientific applicaitons, fluid dynamics or picture rendering) on 
the X-serves. 

I would appreciate any input of pointers to information.

What i want to find out is if it is an interesting option for me or not.
