rsh error running mpi code?

Good morning,

   I'm curious if anyone has seen this error message before
when running a MPI code,

rcmd: socket: All ports in use

The code is running 120 processes (rank 120) and this happens
near the end of the code where all of the nodes are sending data
to the rank 0 process so it can be written to a file (I know it's a
bad design, but we're working on a fix).
