I've got 8 linux boxes, what now

Did anyone try and put something like condor on top of scyld ? 
Because this lack of load-balancing for serial jobs, and the need of
doing all the _bpsh_ and _bpcp_ mambo-jumbo by hand to distribute the
load is kind of painful - don't you all agree ?
