Beowulf Batch Queue

Hello again,

I installed beowulf-webmin from scylds ftp site and found that it 
supports something called Beowulf Batch Queue.
Is BBQ enabled on the latest basic edition (27bz-8)?
Or do I have to use the upgrades in the directory 27z-8?
