What is the best C IDE on Linux?

Actually, for DOS/Windows transitionists, I'm surprised no-one so far
has suggested  wpe / xwpe.

Depends where you're coming from, what you're used to, and how tight
resources are; but possibly worth looking at if you find x/emacs too
much, and vi/m more inscrutable than the Sphinx.
