How can I enable IPv4 clients to join my IPv6-only Minecraft server?

I have set up a Minecraft server (Forge and Heavily Modded) on my PC using port forwarding. It works fine for me and some of my friends who have temporary IPv6 addresses, but not for two of my friends who have public IPv4 addresses. They get the error message:

Failed to connect to the Server Network is unreachable: no further Information

I have tried using DynDNS but it did not solve the problem. I do not know how to make them switch to IPv6 or if that is necessary. The firewall is not the issue. We all use the same mods and Forge version.

Is there any way to make my server compatible with both IPv4 and IPv6 clients? I would appreciate any advice.
