<br>&nbsp;Hi All,<br><br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; I installed NAMDCharm2.6 on AMD64 dual core dual processor with gcc and MPICH2.<br><br>&nbsp; I don&#39;t know the science behind this application.<br><br>&nbsp; As a HPC support engineer, I&#39;ve to&nbsp; test it our cluster hardware.
