Then a reboot gets it all working again. Imagine doing that for 25 engineering workstations in a dept, and you'll get the idea. Yum works great if you can live with the default 'nv' driver.
If you are referring to the Nvidia NICs hanging under load, then
you might want to pass in the module parameter: optimization_mode = 1,
while using stock forcedeth drivers found in the linux kernel.
