[Beowulf] Intel compiler specifically tuned for SPEC2k (and other benchmarks?)

But looks like the purpose is to slow down AMD:

If intel releases 64-bit x86 CPUs and compilers, then
AMD may get even better benchmarks results.

Again, no matter how pretty the benchmarks results
look, in the end we still need to run on the real
system. So, what's the point of having benchmarks?
