i once used a generic sealed car battery w/  charger... the silly system
stayed up for 15hrs ... before dying :-)
 	car battery is cheap ...
	was a fun experiment..

but you should know how to get rid of the hydrogen .. somehow...
( you dont want the firemarshalls to see a bunch of car batteries 
( before or after the fire
