FreeBSD port of SGE (Compute farm system)

Patch and output attached.

Also, I already found 1 problem -- somewhere in execd.
It affects the process' priority in SGEEE mode.

However, I've not fixed it yet, I just want to release
the current patch ASAP to let people try it out.
