Some news by way of that all knowing twitter maven HPC Guru.

The Polyhedron Fortran Benchmark Results for both Linux and Windows have been updated. Thanks to Polyhedron Software for performing this task using their F90 benchmark suite composed of 17 standard Fortran programs. In addition to the benchmark source code and input files, the suite includes a test harness, an output validator, and parameter files which are used by the harness to control the benchmarking process. The whole process may take several hours for each compiler tested.

The following are example results for an Intel Core i5 2500k running 64-bit Scientific Linux. Please see the Comparisons page for all the results and compiler options used in the tests. Note "(AP)" mean Automatic Parallel options were used. The complete Fortran Polyhedron Benchmark Suite is available for download.
