I think you should mention ISER (iSCSI extensions for RDMA). This is an emerging standard, already in use over IB fabrics. It is a transport layer for iSCSI that by utilizing RDMA, zero-copy and asymmetric load (most work done by the target), that make iSCSI run on steroids.
